Dealership & Fleet Detailing in State College, PA
Volume work asks for different things than a single retail car: consistent output, predictable turnaround, and a standard that holds on the fiftieth unit as well as the first. Brakeout Auto handles reconditioning, delivery prep and ongoing fleet care for dealerships and businesses across Centre County. Every account is quoted on its own terms.

Why accounts stay with us
Volume work lives or dies on consistency and turnaround. Both are things we agree up front rather than hope for.
Built Around Turnaround
Throughput and lead times are agreed at the start, because a unit sitting on our floor is a unit not on yours.
A Standard That Repeats
The same team and the same process on every unit, so the tenth one matches the first.
Four Services, One Vendor
Detailing, coating, film and tint on one account instead of four suppliers to chase separately.
Certified Installers
Certified 3M installers for film and tint, and certified System X installers for ceramic coatings.
Priced Per Account
Volume, mix and frequency all move the numbers, so we price the account rather than the car.
A Named Contact
You deal with the owners directly. There is no account desk between you and the people doing the work.
What our customers say.
More than 500 five-star reviews across Google, Facebook and Nextdoor, with a consistent 5.0 average rating.
How an account runs
The point is that it becomes routine. The first few steps exist so the rest stops needing thought.
- 01
Scope The Account
We look at your volume, your mix of units and the standard you need, then quote against it.
- 02
Agree The Standard
We document exactly what a finished unit looks like, so there is no drift between one job and the next.
- 03
Run The Work
Units cycle through on the agreed schedule, handled by the same team every time.
- 04
Review & Adjust
We check the standard is holding and adjust the arrangement as your volume changes.
Tell us where the units are and what volume you are running when you get in touch, and we will confirm what arrangement works before anything is committed.

Dealership & Fleet, answered.
How is dealership and fleet work priced?
Per account, not per car. Volume, the mix of units and how often they come through all change the numbers, so we quote against your actual requirement rather than a published price list.
Is there a minimum volume?
There is no fixed minimum. Tell us what you are running and how often, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for it.
Can you hit delivery deadlines?
Lead times are agreed as part of setting up the account, and we build the schedule around your handover dates. If a week's volume is going to be tight, you will hear it from us early rather than late.
Can we offer ceramic coating or PPF to our customers?
Yes. Both are commonly sold as delivery add-ons, applied by certified installers to the standard we agree with you, and fitted around your handover timeline.
Do you work on-site at our lot?
Tell us where the units are and what volume you are running when you get in touch and we will confirm what arrangement works. Our shop is at 143 Hawbaker Industrial Dr, Suite 104, State College, PA 16803.
How do we set up an account?
Call (814) 424-5367 or request a quote at brakeoutauto.com. Tell us your volume, your mix of units and the standard you are working to, and we will come back with a proposal.
