Commercial Vinyl in State College, PA
Your work vehicles already drive the routes your customers drive. Vinyl is what turns those miles into advertising. Brakeout Auto installs commercial wraps, partial wraps, door lettering and fleet graphics in premium cast vinyl — one van or a whole fleet, working from branding you already have or building the layout with you. Coverage, vehicle size and unit count all move the number, so every job is quoted individually.

Why businesses wrap their vehicles
A wrap is the rare advertising spend that keeps working long after you have paid for it, and it does a second job on the paint while it does the first.
Advertising You Already Own
The vehicle is on the road either way. Wrapping it puts your name in front of the same local traffic every day, with no monthly spend behind it.
It Protects The Paint
Vinyl takes the UV, grit and light abrasion that would otherwise land on the paint, and that shows up when the truck goes to resale or back to the leasing company.
One Look Across The Fleet
The same film, the same layout and the same installers on every unit, so the tenth van matches the first.
Certified 3M Installers
Premium 3M cast vinyl, hand-cut and edge-tucked in our climate-controlled bay rather than fitted in a parking lot.
Reversible
Wraps come off cleanly when you rebrand, sell the vehicle or hand a lease back, leaving the factory finish underneath.
Quoted Per Job
Coverage, vehicle size and how many units are going out all move the price, so we quote against your actual fleet rather than a list.
What our customers say.
More than 500 five-star reviews across Google, Facebook and Nextdoor, with a consistent 5.0 average rating.
How a commercial job runs
The layout gets approved before any film is printed, because a change is free on a proof and expensive on a van.
- 01
Scope The Vehicles
We look at the vehicles, the coverage you want and how many units are involved, then quote against it in writing.
- 02
Build The Layout
We work from branding you already have, or build the layout with you, and set it out on a template of your actual vehicle.
- 03
Approve The Proof
Nothing is printed until you have signed off the proof. Changes at this stage cost nothing.
- 04
Install & Schedule
Each vehicle is wrapped in our climate-controlled bay. On a fleet we stagger the schedule so you are never short more units than you can spare.
Tell us how many vehicles you are running, what they are and whether you already have artwork when you get in touch, and we will confirm the scope and the schedule before anything is committed.

Commercial Vinyl, answered.
How much does a commercial vehicle wrap cost?
It depends on the vehicle and the coverage. Door lettering on a pickup and a full livery on a box truck are different jobs by an order of magnitude, and vehicle size moves the figure as much as the design does. Tell us what you are running and what coverage you want and we will quote it. There is no charge for the quote.
Do I need a design already?
No. If you have branding — a logo, your colors, a file from whoever did your signage — we will work from it. If you don't, we will build the layout with you. Either way you approve a proof laid out on a template of your actual vehicle before anything is printed.
How long does a commercial wrap last?
Five to seven years for premium cast vinyl on a vehicle that is washed and stored reasonably, and the film carries up to a 10 year manufacturer warranty. Vehicles that live outside year-round sit at the shorter end of that range.
Will a wrap damage my paint?
Not if the paint was sound to begin with. Professionally installed vinyl comes off cleanly, and the panels underneath are usually in better shape than the unwrapped ones because the film took the UV and abrasion. Where paint is already failing, film can lift it on removal — we inspect first and tell you straight before anything goes on.
Can you wrap a fleet without taking it off the road?
That is the usual arrangement. We agree a schedule that cycles vehicles through a few at a time so you keep working, and new units get matched to the same layout as they arrive.
Can you remove or replace old graphics?
Yes. Removing old vinyl and its adhesive is routine work, whether you are rebranding, you have taken on a used vehicle wearing someone else's name, or you are stripping a wrap before a lease return.
